CEIVA Review

I have to admit, before I had the opportunity to work with CEIVA I basically thought all photo frames were pretty much the same. Boy, was I wrong! I did have some minor issues when trying to set up my photo frames, but this was on my part, and not the frames. I had issues connecting the frames through the Ethernet adaptor at first, but eventually connected wirelessly (which was even cooler!). In terms of correcting the issue and having the set-up explained to me, customer service was amazing! I don't think I've ever worked with such a phenomenal company before. Not only were they fast in helping me figure out the problem, but they were patient with me as I learned how to better set it up, which I greatly appreciated. So, customer service earned an A+ in my book!
